BIPA Management Training Program Objectives
This three-day course is aimed at equipping participants with hands on information and skills in managing and developing a BIPA unit within an organization. The course focuses on the day-to-day management of BIPA activities ranging from administrative procedures, planning, staff development to communication with clients. Participants will also be trained how to expand networking and choosing marketing strategies specially designed BIPA. At the end of the course participants are expected to have adequate knowledge and skills to run as well as to initiate a BIPA program.BIPA Management Training Program Courses Contents
The core contents of the training is program management and development in line with staff recruitment and development, administrative management process and correspondence, proposal writing for a BIPA project and public relation for marketing purposes.Throughout the course participants are trained with various management skills and updated with information pertinent to the management of educational services. BIPA Management Training Program Participants
This intensive training program is designed for only 20 participants. It is highly recommended for those who are currently responsible for the management of a BIPA program or unit. It is also good for BIPA teachers who wish to move from pure academic field into the management aspects of the profession. The program is also suitable for those wishing to establish a BIPA unit or program within the scope of their current organization.It is advised that participants have background information on the teaching of BIPA or have the experience of teaching BIPA.
BIPA Management Training Program Resources Persons
The training program is the product of APBIPA Bali is delivered by two core instructor who have been heavily involved in the development of BIPA program at the national level.Nyoman Riasa is a BIPA instructor and course designer who has been involved in the teaching and management of BIPA program for about fifteen years. Nyoman Riasa is a BIPA consultant with the National Language Centre (Pusat Bahasa, Departemen Nasional Pendidikan), Jakarta and is Program Coordinator of APBIPA Bali.
Widodo HS, is a senior lecturer of Universitas Negeri Malang (UNM) who has been teaching and managing various BIPA programs for over 20 years. Widodo is currently the Manager of MICE, Malang and a BIPA consultant with the National Language Centre (Pusat Bahasa, Departemen Nasional Pendidikan), Jakarta.

The fee for the full package for the training program is Rp. 3,500,000 to cover the following components:• A 24-hour tuition
• Meals (3 lunches and 6 coffee breaks)
• Four nights accommodation
• Airport transfers.
